"It started with back pain a few years ago, then began getting groin pain that prevented me from playing my sport.

I went through numerous number of rehab programs and injections, which didn’t seem to work.

Even when I got back playing my sport, the groin pain would appear again.

Then I began working with Ascend, I feel a lot more confident in my body since I started working with them, feel as though they have been working on the root cause of my pain and have corrected my movement patterns so that I can have long-term relief and ability to do the things that I love.

Ben made it really easy to work remotely with regular check ups and access to the app which made my program very easy to follow.
